So Excited..

This is it

I am so excited about tomorrow morning! I can't wait to see you at the A 34 line. The classroom is ready for us, your desk is all set up with notebooks, your personal white board, pencil, eraser... If you are in grade 3 you have the first 2 rows at the front -> the desks with a green duo-tang. If you are in Grade 4 you are right behind the grade 3 students -> the desks with an orange duo-tang. I will help you choose a suitable seat.
I finally chose my tea cup from my collection. It is the one with ducks painted inside the cup and on the saucer.



The first week looks like this:
Tuesday Sept 4 day 1: Welcome and more good stuff, times tables, journal, cursive writing
Wednesday day 2: running, 2 x 2 to 2 x 12 quiz, vocab check, times tables, journal, cursive writing
Thursday day 3: 2x solid, 3x check, vocab check, sentences; times tables, journal, cursive writing
Friday day 4: assembly at 9:15, 2x solid, 3x solid, 4x check, vocab sentences; times tables, journal, cursive writing
In math, both grades will start with unit 6, measurements.
Grades 3, journal every day this week. Grades 4 journals in French and in English on alternate days.

In cursive, when you practice everyday I will be practicing right along with you - using my left hand. Why do you think I'd do that? Madame Decaudin had something to do with it!!
